My Role

The client of this project is a US logistic company which they could like to customized a web system to enhance the workflow of their daily operations such as loads management, contact management and driver's commissions.

- Conducted industry research to identify client pain points and requirements, enabling the creation of user-centric solutions

- Designed all functions and interfaces for the Transportation Management System (TMS), improving operational efficiency and customer satisfaction

-Conducted extensive UX research, gathering insights from transportation professionals to shape user flows, wireframes, and prototypes

- Authored and conducted User Acceptance Tests (UATs), collaborating closely with programmers to ensure seamless implementation
